At Post Acute Analytics, we have developed a state-of-the-art solution for resolving healthcare's biggest challenges, and we are on path to becoming the number one solution for supporting patient journeys, creating utilization management efficiencies, and helping providers and payors deliver the highest quality of care.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Analytics Manager to help evolve the company's product-embedded and internal enterprise analytical capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and partnering cross-functionally to improve decision-making through data and analysis. The position will play a key role in developing scalable enterprise data models, improving analytical framework consistency, and supporting operational and strategic initiatives across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines analytics strategy, analytics engineering, hands-on problem solving, and operational partnership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working thoughtfully with complex data as they are transforming stakeholder interactions into action-oriented scalable solutions.
Requirements
What you'll do:
  • Partner with customers and business leaders to drive external analytics product development and internal enterprise analytics capabilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable enterprise analytical data models, intervention evaluation frameworks, and brand consistency
  • Conduct complex analyses related to client value attainment, network management, client workflow adherence, and product function among other topics
  • Design and create both external application-embedded and internal enterprise analytics assets (dashboards, ad hoc analyses, reports) that assist our clients and internal stakeholders with achieving their business outcomes.
  • With our product and training team colleagues, design how to engage users and support development of accompanying resources to enhance user experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor in collaboration with our client services, clinical, and product teams
  • Hire, develop, and grow the careers of analytics team members - thoughtfully manage and grow a team to achieve these objectives above as the company grows 1

What you'll need:
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, health care informatics, consulting, finance, or related analytical roles
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills - exposure to statistical methods for evaluating business outcomes and forecasting preferred
  • Database interaction (SQL) and data modeling experience - python or R experience preferred
  • Experience building business intelligence applications (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau) and scheduled reports - Qlik experience preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfort working independently to reconcile ambiguity and create solutions
  • Bachelor's degree and strong academic record
