Client Relationship Manager
Sales / Business Development - Eagan, MN


Clean Response is the Twin Cities' premier independently owned emergency water and fire restoration company, serving the commercial, HOA, and multifamily segments for over 25 years. We are seeking two driven Client Relationship Managers: onefocused on our Commercial clients, and one focused on Senior Living clients (independent living, assisted living, etc.) Bothroles own the full client lifecycle, positioning Clean Response as the go-to restoration partner across the Twin Cities metro.


Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Prospecting & Business Development:

Commercial: Identify and develop relationships with property owners, property managers, and facility teams across office, retail, and industrial properties.
Senior Living:Build a new book of business from the ground up, targeting executive directors, regionaloperations leaders, facility and maintenance teams, ownership groups, and management companies.


Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Own marketing qualified leads from first handoff through close. Build
relationships, maintain consistent follow-through, and guide prospects to a decision. All lead assignments,
communications, and pipeline activity are tracked in Salesforce, with regular reporting to leadership.

Account Management & Client Engagement: Own and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular on-site visits andproactive outreach. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and deliver presentations and lunch-and learns to build credibility and drive new business.

Industry Representation: Represent Clean Response at trade shows, conferences, and association events relevant to your segment.


The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in business development or client relationship management; background in restoration, commercialreal estate, property management, or senior living/healthcare preferred.
CRM experience preferred. Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Comfortable managing leads, logging activity, andmaintaining accurate pipeline data.
Familiarity with segment-specific decision-makers and operating models.
Strong communicator who builds trust and credibility across all levels, from front -line maintenance directors to C-suite operators.
Self-starter who is comfortable opening doors, developing relationships from scratch, and managing a full pipeline withminimal oversight.
5-8+ years of experience in the industry.
Valid driver's license required.
