Job description

Manages relationships and engagement with the largest and most strategically important Group Clients, developing and growing the global business footprint within the most influential Group clients.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for a global or multi-country account and grows revenue through the development of outstanding strategic service and partnership programmes.
- Develops and implements strategic growth plans to increase adoption and penetration of Group Products and Services for assigned accounts, and handles account relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develops, grows and maintains both internal and external relationships with key decision makers, or potential influencers including senior level executives.
- Initiates, supports and discusses opportunities with a long sales cycle (quarters).
- Seeks opportunities to expand the adoption of innovative, coordinated, tailored solutions involving people from across the business. Also working cross functionally to ensure full value is delivered and improved by bundling and / or integrating complicated offerings with key customer requirements.
- Conducts research and engagement to gain understanding of the strategy and business drivers of the client, and the ability to develop, and implements strategies to better align LSEG Group with the client's business.
- Reports to executives on account health through accurate forecasting and account plans, and works with the LSEG Senior Management Team to develop and maintain high level strategic relationships within the named client.
- Holds responsibility for the performance of the Relationship Management team(s).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or something equivalent
- Extensive experience of global relationship management within large financial services, fintech or investment markets
- Extensive experience within an industry and / or product areas

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $203,900 - $339,900.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
