Job Description Role Title: Client Analyst Location: Cohoes, NY (Onsite) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Contract-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $25/hour Position Overview We are seeking a bright, organized, and client-focused Client Analyst to support a busy Wealth Management and Client Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the client onboarding process while supporting investment operations, account administration, client service, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate has experience supporting financial services, banking, wealth management, or corporate operations teams and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Relationship Support Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process. Maintain new business opportunities within Salesforce CRM. Support onboarding documentation, contracting, and client data management.

Introduce clients to digital platforms and available services. Maintain accurate client records. Financial Services experience.

Wealth Management experience. Investment Operations experience. Banking Operations experience.

Salesforce CRM experience. Client onboarding experience. Investment account processing.
