YOUR IMPACT 
Are you looking to apply your problem resolution and product management skills while deepening your understanding of the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business? Our PWM Client Onboarding Transformation team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with the PWM Business, Product Managers, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to develop and launch new products and workflows to drive the PWM Client Onboarding process.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow. 
Client Onboarding is a highly regulated team that focuses on account documentation, data integrity, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Client Onboarding Transformation is responsible for delivering new systems, workflows, and user experiences to properly capture all required information for regulatory compliance, firm policies, and to perform due diligence on all new clients. Our role is to develop tools that automate the enforcement of regulatory requirements while delivering a positive client experience during the onboarding process. 
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Perform detailed research to build solid knowledge of current state processes while understanding key user pain points, process inefficiencies, regulatory requirements, and control gaps
  • Draft project requirements and all expected outcomes
  • Liaise with key stakeholders from Operations, Compliance, etc. to obtain sign-off  
  • Coordinate sessions with subject matter experts within the team and lead effective discussions to gain necessary knowledge to include within requirements
  • Identify edge case scenarios and downstream impacts of new requirements
  • Participate actively and lead many requirements drafting sessions, grooming sessions, ensure all participants fully understand requirements, and review all testing scenarios for completeness
  • Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) and review UAT results to provide sign-off
  • Assist with training users on new features and functionality and providing communications prior to launch
  • Present within various stakeholder sessions to obtain feedback and keep stakeholders informed on upcoming deliverables
  • Draft and/or review procedures, training materials, and various communications regarding product deliverables 
  • Assist with data analysis and remediations related to project deliveries or related to ad hoc requests that arise through general business activities
  • Provide regular updates on workload, priorities, and status of key deliverables, taking ownership of their role in the success of any given production release and keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Cover other functions within the team based on business needs 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Proficiency within MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Good judgment, strong risk management and problem resolution skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Self-starter who is responsible, takes ownership of work, and can operate effectively and efficiently to complete assignments accurately and on time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Excel skills are desired
  • 5 years plus financial industry experience (Product Management, Project Management, AML, Compliance or other Client On-boarding Regulatory experience)
