The Client Success Manager- Client Growth will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, with a primary focus on sales-based expansion (50%), client retention (30%), and client operational support (20%). In this client-facing, revenue-oriented role, you will own strategic account growth by building trusted relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing account expansion strategies, and driving upsell and cross-sell activity across existing client accounts. You’ll be expected to prospect within current client organizations, uncover new stakeholders and buying centers, position Propio’s solutions to solve client challenges, and contribute directly to measurable revenue growth, pipeline development, and long-term client value.

This role is located in our Overland Park, KS office and may require travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building relationships, understanding business needs, and positioning Propio solutions to support client objectives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue, expand service adoption, and identify opportunities across departments, locations, service lines, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance expansion opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and prospecting within existing client organizations.
  • Manage client projects, contracts, renewals, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure service excellence, operational alignment, and favorable outcomes.
  • Track opportunities, sales activity, revenue impact, and client communications in CRM systems such as Salesforce, maintaining accurate account and pipeline visibility.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns related to billing, interpreting services, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Represent Propio through client presentations, business reviews, training, and other internal or external initiatives, while supporting the development of Client Success Administrators.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of prior account management, client success, or customer-facing experience, preferably in a B2B environment managing a large book of business
  • Demonstrated success growing existing accounts, prospecting within client organizations, building pipeline, and meeting or contributing to revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling
  • Comfortable managing sales activity in a CRM, maintaining accurate opportunity records, and using account data to prioritize revenue-generating actions
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to analyze data and deliver insights that drive client action and satisfaction
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; Salesforce and Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
