As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will shape marketing strategies for client renewals and deliver precise, client-facing materials. You will leverage your expertise in funding contracts and carrier reporting systems, while collaborating closely with the Client Executive to provide insightful analysis and negotiate tailored benefits coverage.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years' insurance industry experience
  • Strong Technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • KS/MO Life and Health License
  • Driver's License and proper insurance
  • 5+ years' experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of BenefitPoint / ImageRight / Applied Epic is a bonus
