Job description

Sodexo's Healthcare segment seeks a Client Executive 3 (VP of Operations) to lead Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition partnerships across the Western U.S., driving operational excellence, contract performance, and client success.

Ideal candidates will reside in Northern California, Los Angeles, or the Central Valley. This role supports the Western U.S. and requires regional travel throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.

Step into a pivotal executive leadership role where you'll oversee a high-impact portfolio and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You'll drive operational excellence, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and lead innovative strategies that fuel sustainable growth, safety, and service delivery at scale all while empowering teams and creating measurable results.


Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility, directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business, division, major geography, corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.

Pay Range: $171870 - $222420

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
