We are currently looking for a client development representative to join our growing sales team. You'll support new business growth by engaging in prospective clients, building relationships, and guiding opportunities thorugh the initial phases of the sales process.
In this role:
โข Serve as a key link between potential clients and Virtualite's service solutions
โข Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
โข Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges
โข Educate prospects on Virtualite's service offerings and value proposition
โข Qualify opportunities and schedule follow-up conversations with senior sales team members
โข Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems
โข Support pipeline development and ongoing sales initiatives
We are looking for:
โข Experience in sales development, client development, or business development roles preferred
โข Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
โข Ability to build rapport quickly and ask effective discovery questions
โข Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
โข Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
