YOU WILL BE:

As the Assistant Store Director, Client Development, you will lead by example in delivering high-touch, personalized service that deepens client relationships and drives loyalty. You'll coach the team to engage meaningfully with clients, interpret customer signals, and tailor experiences that reflect individual preferences and needs. Using business insights and client data, you will refine outreach strategies, support brand-building events, and drive results tied to clienteling, sales goals, and program adoption. In the Store Director's absence, you will serve as the store leader-ensuring smooth operations while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and business performance.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Model and reinforce service behaviors that create exceptional customer experiences and foster loyalty

  • Create memorable in-store experiences tailored to individual clients

  • Address client concerns related to clienteling program and implementing tailored solutions to improve future interactions

  • Coach team on asking the right questions and reading customer signals

  • Lead by example in client interaction and personalization

  • Refine sales and client strategies by generating insights and adjusting tactics to meet business goals

  • Adapt outreach client and event strategies based on business needs or feedback

  • Coach team on actions tied to client engagement, sales goals, and clienteling targets

  • Use product knowledge to inform strategic business decisions and coaching

  • Provide coaching and training on credit, loyalty and clienteling strategies

  • Act as de facto store leader in the Store Director's absence, using sound judgment to maintain operations and optimal customer experience

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between [$60,000-$65,000 annually]. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
