Denis Development is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strong client relationships, maintiaing communication, and cultivating relationships to earn and retain business.This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and feedback to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and further upselling.
  • Handle client inquiries, manage expectations, anticipate client needs and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of Sales Experience, Customer Service & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have an Entrepreneurial Self Motivated mindset
  • Must be comfortable cold calling, smiling and dialing and closing the deal
