Since 1930, HJ Spier has served clients throughout the state of Indiana and beyond for their personal and commercial insurance needs. Our personal lines team is looking for a full-time account manager who can provide clients with an excellent service experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be detail oriented, motivated, and computer savvy. Salary commensurate with experience and benefits are available.

  • Role and Responsibilities
    • Maintain client accounts and records
    • Communicate with producer, account manager, and carriers regarding client requests up to and including account remarkets
    • Communicate with clearly and effectively with clients
    • Navigate various carrier and consumer sites to obtain information to complete client/producer requests
    • Responsibilities may change as the qualified candidate gains experience within the role
  • Skills
    • Prior customer service experience in an office setting preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with various carrier partners to meet client needs
    • Ability to navigate various carrier and consumer sites
  • Education
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • License/Certification
    • Indiana Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
