Accounting Manager

Position: Manager

Position Summary

The Accounting Managers do much more than review financial statements. They serve as trusted advisors to our clients, lead engagement teams, mentor developing professionals, and help businesses make informed financial decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving complex business challenges, and developing the next generation of accounting professionals. Our managers work in accounting, controllership, and consulting engagements, giving them a diverse and rewarding career.

We're not just hiring an Accounting Manager; we're investing in a future leader. For the right individual, this position provides the opportunity to pursue our Future Partner Track and build a long-term career with increasing leadership responsibilities and ownership potential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Supervises completion of compilations and reviews as well as completing complex aspects of compilations and reviews.
  • Takes lead on complex CFO/controllership engagements to businesses and/or ultra-high net worth families
  • Conducts final review of jobs (reports)
  • Designs budget templates and oversee preparation of budgets and projections
  • Provide proactive business consulting and discusses strategic items with business owners
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Assist with process improvements and technology initiatives

And so, what does it take to be part of our team? A CPA with 7-15 years of experience with public accounting experience desired. This candidate must also be highly proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office along with having the ability to adapt to other accounting systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Starting at $110,000+ with significant earning potential for experienced professionals. We recognize and reward leadership, technical excellence, exceptional client service, and a commitment to helping our clients and team succeed.

Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based annual bonus.
