Role Summary:

Our Account Manager is a proactive, collaborative post-Sales role who thrives on and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through retention, hold periodic business reviews, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts for their assigned territory. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, customer service skills, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:ย 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to meet business needs/targets.
  • Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to existing and future restaurant partners
  • Understand partner needs and business objectives to proactively and successfully identify and action on solutions that drive value and success.
  • Act as a liaison between the partner and internal teams (e.g., Product, Support, Engineering) to resolve any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to better serve and advise partners.
  • Accurately track and update communications in Salesforce in real time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing relationship management, operations, or support role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Possess a strong appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, and data driven decision-making
  • Demonstrate analytical skills with market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis to address business and partner needs
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CRM toolsย 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with restaurants or food-related entities/clients
  • Experience in a start-up environmentย 

Work Environment:

  • The candidate in this position will be primarily located in an office environment and be exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of that environment
  • This position is primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, Texas
