What is a foodservice account manager?

Foodservice Account Managers are professionals responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients in the foodservice industry, such as restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. They manage accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying new business opportunities. Their duties often include negotiating contracts, coordinating with suppliers, and staying informed about market trends. Foodservice Account Managers play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring that their clients receive quality products and services. They typically work for food distributors, manufacturers, or service providers.
