Senior Secretary - Contract (3386) (Contract)
Location: Danville, VA 24540
Type: Developmental Services Division
Degree: High School Diploma/GED
This is a Contract/PRN position that provides services on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on program needs. This position is not a regular full-time or part-time role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing an array of secretarial duties to include but not be limited to providing secretarial support to Adult Case Management, Child and Adolescent, and/or Early Childhood Services; scanning documents; typing correspondence and reports; sending, receiving, and forwarding faxes; scheduling appointments as needed. Responsible for data entry and maintaining records on computer. Serve as receptionist as needed. May function without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High school diploma or equivalent
M2: Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment
M3: Experience with Microsoft Office
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and favorable central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
