Job description

Calvary Baptist currently serves around 300 adults (approximately 400 total including children) and is seeking a pastor who can faithfully preach Scripture, lead staff and ministry leaders, and help the church grow in spiritual maturity and community impact.


The ideal candidate will be a strong biblical communicator and relational leader who enjoys working with an elder and deacon leadership structure while shepherding a congregation in a culturally diverse context. This opportunity may be a strong fit for an associate pastor, campus pastor, or experienced ministry leader who is ready to step into a Lead Pastor role.
