The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is responsible for the oversight of clinical and administrative operations of the center with direct accountability to the Chief Executive Officer. The COO manages all clinical aspects of agency programs operated at multiple sites through consultation and direction to all Program Directors. The position additionally involves meeting with the Management team, making recommendations concerning policy and procedure, and serving as Chairperson of Quality Assurance. The COO also has involvement in budget development, monitoring staff education and staff complements, data collection and reporting, as well as regular interfacing with payers and community stakeholders.

The position requires a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two years clinical experience.

Salary starting at $75,000, up to $83,000
