Now Hiring: Hotel/Resort Regional Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple hotel properties and lead operational excellence across our portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven hospitality leader with a passion for people, guest satisfaction, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple hotel properties.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share performance.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards and brand compliance.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts to improve results.
  • Identify opportunities for cost control, labor efficiency, and operational improvements.
  • Lead property openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, vendors, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HR, and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including multi-property oversight.
  • Strong background in full-service, select-service, or resort hotel operations.
  • Proven success in increasing revenues, controlling expenses, and improving guest satisfaction scores.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
