We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As COO, you will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to oversee the firm's daily operations, improve organizational performance, and ensure every department is aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-department organizations with 100+ employees strongly preferred.
• Proven success scaling operations and managing organizational growth.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, process improvement initiatives, and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience with legal services, professional services, or other client-service organizations is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
