Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-department organizations with 100+ employees strongly preferred.
• Proven success scaling operations and managing organizational growth.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs, process improvement initiatives, and operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience with legal services, professional services, or other client-service organizations is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
