Chef de Partie – Colette | Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati

Colette is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We are a French-inspired restaurant committed to quality, consistency, and craft. We hold ourselves to a high standard — and we're looking for someone ready to meet it.

Prior experience is not required, but preferred. What is required is professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to grow in this industry.

Responsibilities: Executing prep and service on your assigned station, maintaining quality and consistency through service, keeping your station organized and clean to health and safety standards, and supporting the broader kitchen team as needed.
