Nami is redefining Japanese cuisine in Lake Nona with a bold, contemporary approach rooted in precision, elegance, and seasonality. We are seeking a talented and disciplined Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section in our open kitchen and contribute to an elevated guest experience.


About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for executing dishes at the highest standard while leading your station with consistency and grace. This role is ideal for a focused, technique-driven chef who thrives in a refined yet fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead a designated section (hot, cold, robata, etc.) with autonomy and accountability
  • Maintain mise en place, prep, and cleanliness with obsessive detail
  • Collaborate on menu development and seasonal dish changes
  • Uphold plating, timing, and service standards during every shift
  • Mentor and guide junior cooks within your section
