Rasa Chatbot Developer

The RASA Chatbot Developer will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI chatbots and voice assistants using RASA, with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions for diverse business use cases. Key responsibilities include integrating NLP and NLG, managing deployments through CI/CD tools, and working on complex technical issues related to chatbot performance and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop RASA chatbots and voice assistants across various platforms
  • Work on chatbot framework/architecture using open-source tools
  • Implement NLP/NLG for chatbots
  • Integrate chatbots with management dashboards and CRMs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical design issues
  • Design scalable AI and client solutions
  • Ensure chatbot optimization for speed and scalability
  • Provide innovative solutions for improved user experience
  • Multilingual chatbot experience (preferred)
  • Human escalation integration

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in RASA chatbot development
  • RASA enterprise experience (mandatory)
