WHAT AWAITS YOU.
  • Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and expansion of an AI-powered chatbot.
  • Support prompt engineering, data validation, SQL-based analysis, and process documentation.
  • Maintain the chatbot experience, improve the quality and relevance of responses, and support the integration of additional data assets and learning capabilities into the AI tool.
  • Identify new use cases, expand data coverage, and enhance the chatbot's ability to answer business questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Analytics, and other business departments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.
  • Prior BMW Group experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
  • Field of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Strategy, Process Management, or related fields
  • Business fluent English.
    • Preferences:
    • Knowledge in Corporate Strategy, Process Management, Sales, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation.
    • Additional skills: prompt engineering, SQL, Microsoft Excel, data analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, and strong computer proficiency.
    • Knowledge of BMW systems, sales reporting processes, and internal data assets is a strong plus.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $29.90.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $36.80.
