Content Operations Coordinator

Join a fast-growing digital media environment where your work directly impacts the performance, quality, and scalability of premium streaming channels. This role offers hands-on exposure to FAST channel operations, content workflows, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, global media landscape.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Content Operations Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of channel operations across managed service environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring content is accurately scheduled, quality-controlled, and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute channel scheduling and playlist management across assigned channels
  • Perform content quality control (QC), including metadata validation, compliance checks, and content readiness
  • Support managed service deliveries across multiple channels and workflows
  • Maintain structured operational processes and documentation
  • Identify and escalate issues related to scheduling, content quality, or delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Support updates to channel packaging and operational workflows

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in content operations, broadcast, OTT, or digital media
  • Exposure to scheduling, playlisting, or content QC workflows
  • Strong attention to detail (critical for success in this role)
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to morning shifts and weekends as needed to support business operations

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with FAST channels, broadcast scheduling systems, or OTT platforms
  • Familiarity with content metadata standards and compliance requirements
  • Understanding of digital video workflows and delivery pipelines
