Envision yourself at Barracuda The Channel Operations Analyst โ€“ Reporting & Analytics is responsible for building, maintaining, and standardizing reporting and analytics that enable execution across Barracuda's Channel organization. This role ensures that sellers, leaders, operations, finance, and marketing all operate from a shared, trusted, and well-defined data foundation. Leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI, this role delivers cohesive, executiveโ€ready reporting that aligns to Barracuda's official reporting definitions.

The focus is not just data availability, but accuracy, transparency, consistency, and usability, reinforcing Salesforce and governed BI assets as the source of truth for Channel performance. What you'll be working on Build and maintain standardized Channel reporting and dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to support sellers, leadership, and crossโ€functional partners. Ensure reporting aligns to and reinforces approved Barracuda reporting definitions, metrics, and hierarchies, reducing ambiguity and conflicting views of performance.

Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Channel leadership to translate business needs into scalable, repeatable analytics solutions. Own the endโ€toโ€end lifecycle of Channel analyticsโ€” from requirements gathering and data validation to visualization, rollout, and adoption. Create cohesive reporting experiences that connect performance, pipeline, coverage, and program insights into a unified narrative.

Monitor data quality and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or upstream issues that impact trust and decisionโ€making. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual operating cadences by delivering timely, executiveโ€ready insights. Continuously improve reporting performance, usability, and automation to reduce manual effort and increase selfโ€service access.

What you bring to the role 3โ€“6+ years of experience in Sales Operations Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong handsโ€on experience with Salesforce reporting and data models, and Power BI dashboard development. Proven ability to standardize metrics and enforce clear definitions across stakeholders with competing perspectives.

High attention to detail and a strong bias toward data accuracy, transparency, and governance. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and nonโ€technical audiences. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentation.

Nice to have Experience supporting Channel or partnerโ€led goโ€toโ€market models. Familiarity with data governance frameworks or reporting enablement best practices. Exposure to additional data platforms (e.g., Databricks, SQLโ€based environments).
