We are seeking a mission-driven, highly organized K-12 Catholic Curriculum Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of this multi-year curriculum initiative. We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of the K-12 curriculum development, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams (content writers, designers, editors, videographers, etc.) and external partners (educators, subject matter experts, freelance contributors) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of curriculum materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with content creators and USCCB consultants to ensure all content is faithful to Church teaching, age-appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with the highest educational standards.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable workflows for curriculum planning, review, and iteration, ensuring clear communication and consistent progress.
  • Milestone & Resource Management: Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple grade levels and media formats (print, digital, video).
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Coordinate focus groups and feedback loops with Catholic schools and educators to test and refine materials prior to broader release.
  • Mission Alignment: Develop a deep understanding of the Dynamic Catholic mission and brand, and ensure that all elements of the curriculum are aligned with the mission and uphold the brand.

What You Need
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and quality.
  • Passion for innovation in Catholic education and a desire to make a generational impact.
  • Commitment - Deeply passionate about the Mission of Dynamic Catholic and willing to act as a Servant Leader; ability to be flexible and adaptable as the digital landscape changes,
