About the Role

As an Audience Development Specialist, you will be at the heart of our subscriber and distribution processes. Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating and integrating various tasks and workflows that keep our audience engagement running seamlessly. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to subscriber retention while managing essential transactions and reports that support our overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and process transactions, payments, and records for subscribers, non-subscribers, and carriers.

· Maintain and deliver critical reports such as zone sheets, production metrics, alternative product calls, and morning summaries.

· Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone to internal teams and external customers.

· Implement retention strategies to keep current subscribers engaged and satisfied.

· Manage alternative delivery contractor rates, payments, and returns using relevant databases.

· Handle day-end processing and manage dealer account receivables efficiently.
