The Coeur d'Alene Press, a division of Hagadone Media Group, is seeking an energetic Audience Development Specialist to help grow our print and digital subscriber base throughout North Idaho. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, customer service, and making a measurable impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build new subscription sales through outbound calls and community outreach.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Prospect for new customers through referrals and lead generation.
  • Promote print and digital subscription packages.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Meet monthly sales and activity goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support subscriber retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams.
