Location: Northwest Indiana

The Catholic Foundation for Northwest Indiana is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Executive Director - guiding strategic growth and inspiring philanthropy that sustains Catholic ministries, parishes, and schools for generations to come.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role oversees fundraising, planned giving, financial stewardship, and community engagement. Youโ€™ll be at the forefront of building meaningful donor relationships and expanding the Foundationโ€™s impact across the Diocese of Gary.
