About the Role

United Performance Metals is hiring a Program Production Planner to support our fast-growing Additive Manufacturing division. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone with experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, efficient production schedules, and strong supplier coordination across a complex manufacturing environment supporting industries like aerospace, defense, and medical.

Key Responsibilities 

· Develop and manage production schedules, work orders, and manufacturing plans

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal operations teams

· Monitor capacity planning, lead times, and production constraints

· Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and material planning

· Track and update customer orders, delivery timelines, and order status

· Support logistics, shipping coordination, and supply chain operations

· Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

· Experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
