Weโ€™re hiring an Operations Planner to join the operations team of an iconic, internationally recognized fashion and beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of a beauty portfolio, working directly with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently and on time.


THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Operations Planner, youโ€™ll own critical supply chain activities across purchase orders, inventory, vendor management, production planning, and product delivery. Youโ€™ll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to stay organized, solve problems, communicate effectively, and keep things moving will have a direct impact on the business.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Manage purchase orders for finished goods and components
  • Partner directly with external vendors on production, capacity, timelines, and delivery
  • Monitor open orders and ensure accurate dates and quantities
  • Support S&OP and short- and long-term capacity planning
  • Track components and finished goods to support on-time product launches
  • Use SAP MRP to execute buys and maintain planning accuracy
  • Manage inventory targets and identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory
  • Review BOM accuracy, inventory data, and planning reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track
  • Expedite production and shipments when needed to meet business timelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead times, processes, and supply chain agility


WHAT WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
  • Experience managing purchase orders, production timelines, or capacity planning
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working directly with vendors is highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Curious, positive, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions
