Could you be the VIE - Performance & Improvement Analyst we’re looking for?

Your future role

The Performance & Improvement Analyst supports the Performance Governance and Process Performance & Quality Improvement teams in analyzing performance outcomes and transforming data into actionable insights. The role ensures that performance data is reliable, structured, and effectively prepared for governance reviews, while contributing to structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. The position acts as a key support to performance management routines and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Extracting, consolidating, and managing performance data to support governance and improvement activities
  • Ensuring data consistency, traceability, and reliability
  • Preparing dashboards and reporting packages
  • Identifying trends, gaps, and systemic issues through performance analysis
  • Supporting root cause analysis and action tracking
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and APSYS practices
