  • The role encompasses analyzing the impact of change on roles and processes (sales, service, advisor experience), developing and executing the change management plan, designing communication and training strategies, supporting deployment, and monitoring adoption (adoption and operational efficiency KPIs) in collaboration with the Product Owner and business analysts.
