The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organizational change, stakeholder engagement, training, business transformation, and adoption activities across a complex enterprise environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships with project teams and stakeholders to support organizational change initiative
  • Lead and facilitate business transformation and change management activities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational readiness requirement
  • Provide strategic advice and consultation to senior leadership and business stakeholder
  • Design and coordinate training and adoption activities to support successful change implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and process improvement session
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide recommendations to address challenges and risk
  • Develop guidance materials, communications, and documentation to support impacted business unit
  • Prepare status reports, progress updates, and change management deliverable


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational development
  • Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing and developing business success factors within large, complex organizations
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams in defining business strategy and processes to support transformation initiatives
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in process development, process mapping, business analysis, training development, and organizational change
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience developing executive briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance


Must possess 2/4 Certifications

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as Remedy, Assyst, ServiceNow, Support Magic, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, collaboration, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience within large public sector or highly regulated environments
