Nous recherchons un acheteur senior enthousiaste pour rejoindre notre équipe Approvisionnement. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'approvisionnement du matériel roulant, des matériaux et des services pour le projet REM à Montréal, Québec. Cela comprendra la responsabilité de développer les stratégies et les méthodes d'approvisionnement direct pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise, la réussite des opérations sur le site et l'exécution du projet.
Les activités quotidiennes impliquent le développement des fournisseurs, la gestion des demandes de devis (RFQ), les négociations avec les fournisseurs relatives aux contrats, aux aspects Qualité, Coût, Livraison et Sécurité, et une exécution fluide avec l'équipe de projet.
RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Déploiement de la stratégie commodités
  • Assurer l'exécution du projet conformément aux objectifs Qualité Coût et Livraison (QCD)
  • Piloter les relations contractuelles locales avec les fournisseurs

Relations fournisseurs :
  • Identification des besoins du projet et de l'entreprise
  • Préparation et lancement de RFQ avec les fournisseurs à l'aide de l'outil standard
  • Négociation de réduction de coûts avec les fournisseurs
  • Se rapprocher du fournisseur/contributeur pour la passation de commandes
  • Assurer la réalisation des objectifs QCD, la gestion des CONQ (coûts de non-qualité) et des réclamations, et les revues de performance des principaux fournisseurs
  • Gestion des problèmes initiaux avant escalade au supérieur hiérarchique
  • Respecter le code d'éthique et les directives d'Alstom

Assistance commodités sur le site :
  • Consolidation des besoins, intrants
  • Participation active à la stratégie et à l'élaboration du panel
  • Support du Commodity Manager en phase d'appel d'offres
  • Représenter les commodités vers des projets, des plateformes et des solutions.
  • Travail d'équipe efficace avec les clients internes et les intervenants dans la résolution de problèmes
  • Appliquer le processus d'approvisionnement d'Alstom et assurer le retour d'expérience.

Participation aux projets :
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes
  • S'assurer du respect des engagements du Work Package
  • Préparer les attributions de marchés
  • Promouvoir le Code d'Ethique d'Alstom et adhérer aux normes de conduite éthique les plus élevées

PROFIL REQUIS :
  • Baccalauréat en Achats, Gestion d'Entreprise
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum en Achats
  • Expérience avec SAP, obligatoire
  • Aptitudes en négociation
  • Expérience en affaires internationales, un atout
  • Expérience en exploitation et maintenance, un atout
  • Avoir de solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et des compétences interpersonnelles (capacité à convaincre les autres)
  • Agir avec un esprit d'équipe
  • Capable de prendre des initiatives
  • Capable de gérer plusieurs priorités de manière autonome et de respecter les délais
  • Parler couramment le français et l'anglais
