About the Role

BSI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM), Healthcare to join our team. This critical role will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers, ensuring their needs are met through our comprehensive assurance solutions.

The BDM will take charge of leading account planning, achieving sales targets by growing existing accounts, and securing new business within BSI's Assurance portfolio. This individual will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, expanding the client base, and pursuing leads to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with large, strategically important clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success.

  • Drive business growth by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts within the Healthcare sector.

  • Lead account planning and sales efforts to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

  • Participate in industry associations and events to promote BSI's brand and solutions.

  • Work closely with teams across the Americas to support broader sales initiatives and business development efforts.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with client needs and BSI's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within heathcare, or similar sectors.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare and related assurance services.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Thought leadership and engagement in industry events, webinars, and associations.

  • Knowledge of the Americas market, with a focus on sustainability and assurance solutions.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience.
At least 5 years of experience in solutions sales and business development.
Experience in assessment/audit solutions in a professional services environment.
