What You'll Do

As our Breakfast Line Cook, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes and supporting our kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast entrees and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Measure, mix, season, bake, roast, grill, broil, and steam a variety of foods.
  • Prepare meats, vegetables, fruits, soups, sauces, and desserts.
  • Ensure every plate is presented accurately with proper garnishes and portions.
  • Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process.
  • Handle food safely while following ServSafe and sanitation standards.
  • Label, date, rotate, and properly store food products.
  • Minimize food waste while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) when applicable.
  • Accommodate guests with food allergies and dietary preferences.
  • Work closely with servers and fellow kitchen team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Previous line cook or breakfast cook experience is preferred.
