Front Desk Associate

We seek a friendly, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate as the first point of contact for our members and guests.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will help manage bookings, answer inquiries, and assist with the overall operations of our padel club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Customer Service: Assist members and guests with inquiries about club services, membership options, and court bookings, both in person and over the phone.
  • Reservations and Bookings: Manage court bookings using the club's scheduling software. Ensure that all bookings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Membership Sales and Support: Help potential members sign up, explaining membership benefits and pricing. Handle membership renewals and cancellations.
  • Payments: Process payments for court rentals, memberships, and retail purchases.
  • Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of your working area. Report any maintenance issues to the management team. Be a team player and help with small cleaning tasks if required.
  • Communication: Coordinate with coaches, management, and other staff to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding schedules, events, and member needs.
  • Retail Support: Help sell padel equipment, apparel, and accessories, offering product knowledge and recommendations when necessary.
  • Event Assistance: Support coordinating and promoting club events, tournaments, and special programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle essential administrative duties such as answering emails, updating membership records, and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using booking and scheduling software, email, and basic computer programs.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with staff and management.
  • Passion for Sports: Interest in padel or sports is a plus but not required.
