We are expanding our remote team and are looking for a detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to assist clients with reservations, travel planning, and customer support.

As a Booking Coordinator, you'll help clients organize travel arrangements, coordinate reservations, and provide outstanding service throughout the booking process. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, tours, and other travel services
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options that meet client preferences
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and reservation records
