In this role, you'll assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and travel planning while ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish. You'll communicate with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel reservations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Research travel options that align with client preferences and budgets
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
  • Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
  • Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel
