Summary
We are currently adding to our remote support network and are seeking dependable, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Support Associates. In this role, you'll assist with coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining organized booking details, and helping clients throughout the planning process to ensure a positive and well-managed experience.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting people, staying detail-focused, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. Backgrounds in customer support, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or retail are welcomed, though prior travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided from the start.
Responsibilities

  • Support clients with travel-related requests, trip preferences, and scheduling needs
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research destination options, pricing, and package availability using approved systems
  • Review and organize itineraries, reservation records, and confirmation details

  • Help manage reservation adjustments, itinerary revisions, and follow-up support requests
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and organized records within internal platforms
  • Stay informed on supplier updates, destination information, and promotional offers
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing team meetings
