Job description

Sutton | Booker | P.C., a growing boutique litigation defense firm in the DTC, seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join our growing team. The practice areas for this position include insurance bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage. This position requires current license to practice in Colorado, exceptional legal research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and computer skills.

We offer a competitive salary; 100% medical insurance premium paid by employer; 401(k) eligibility after 1 year with employer paid contribution regardless of employee contribution; 100% FAMLI premium payment by employer; annual wellness and technology stipends; a mentor program; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a congenial and collaborative work environment. Salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000/year, depending on experience.
