The No Experience Associate Attorney is an entry-level legal position for recent law graduates with a JD and often pending bar admission, working directly on legal cases. Job description

We’re Hiring | Associate Attorney | Downtown Denver

We are looking for an attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice in Downtown Denver. We welcome applications from newly licensed attorneys, recent bar passers, and experienced litigators. The right fit matters more to us than a specific number of years in practice. As a well-established litigation firm, you'll take on meaningful responsibility from day one, working directly with experienced trial attorneys, handling substantive legal work, and gaining valuable courtroom and client experience in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Year-end and performance bonuses
  • Paid CLE credits and Colorado bar dues
  • Mentorship and hands-on litigation experience
  • Early opportunities for depositions, hearings, client interaction, and increased case responsibility
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility
  • A collegial team that values professionalism, collaboration, and work-life balance

What we're looking for:

  • Recently admitted Colorado attorneys or attorneys with litigation experience (insurance defense experience is a plus but not required)
  • Active Colorado law license
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • A motivated attorney who enjoys taking ownership of their work and contributing to a team

If you're looking for a firm where you'll receive mentorship, gain meaningful litigation experience, and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume for confidential consideration.

Recruiters: We respectfully request no inquiries from recruiting agencies or search firms.
