Lisa Pate State Farm is seeking a service-driven Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering service with a smile. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided)
Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping with policy needs, resolving concerns, and delivering a high-quality service experience. This is a service-first role with opportunities to contribute to growth by identifying coverage needs and pivoting service conversations into in-book sales when appropriate.
Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to agency growth.
Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders through phone, email, and in-office interactions
Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate policy information
Assist with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, and account updates
Support customers through claims-related questions and follow up as needed
Build strong relationships that support retention and long-term customer loyalty
Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and pivot service conversations into in-book sales when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activities
Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, positive customer experience
Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Friendly, positive personality with a service with a smile mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
