Two childhood friends co-founded Grenadier Homes in the early 90’s. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless and on-brand experience for our customers.

  • Excellent ability to listen to buyers, their needs, shows eagerness to ensure their satisfaction in one of the most important investments.
  • Effective writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technologically efficient processes is a must.
  • Innovative and strategic marketing mindset with the goal of attracting buyers to your community.
  • Ability to successfully manage and develop a full-time, high-performing sales assistant.
