What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our Ferrari Silicon Valley team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced, highline luxury environment.
Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
  • Make regular contact with clients by the means outlined by management such as floor time, phone "ups", mail, and personal visits.
  • Maintain a record of all client contacts and regularly report the progress to the sales manager.
  • Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications and the product knowledge for each model.
  • Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous clients, orphans, clients with cars on order.
  • Take orders and properly manage an order bank per dealership guidelines.
  • Proactively promote current inventory to the existing client base.
  • Continuously stay up to date of competitors' products and services.
  • Participate in marketing events. These are often offsite or on weekends.
  • Take test-drives with customers according to management's guidelines for personal safety.
  • Present to management all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles.
  • Prepare and process the required paperwork to finalize the vehicle sale.
  • Promote F&I products to all clients.
  • Contract clients via our digital retailing tool.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, collect any monies due, and process the trade-in as requested by management.
  • Ensure clients receive a proper and thorough handover of the vehicle.

  • Previous highline sales experience
  • Ability to easily navigate digital automotive platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage several tasks at once
  • Value long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $300,000 per year.
Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity
