WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
We're looking for an Expert, Apparel Designer for the Nike Golf Design. This is a Creative Expert role that is deeply focused on craft, problem solving and design execution. You will create the future look of Nike Golf and bring the brand's creative vision to life by designing product that delivers athlete-right, industry-leading solutions.
Candidates need to have a strong understanding of the Apparel landscape across performance and sportswear as well as market and consumer insights. Knowledge of technical product design is a plus. Ideal candidate will need to be a master of creative direction, trend and cultural acquity as well as the knowledge of how to build strategy and bring to life.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Expert Designer, Nike Golf Apparel Design leads the creation of Golf Apparel platforms. You will translate early design concepts into silhouette, construction, and material systems that reflect elevated form, fit, and performance intent. The ideal candidate is a hands-on innovator with deep expertise in apparel design and prototyping. You are a problem solver, collaborator, and form-led designer who adapts fluidly between blue sky thinking and technical execution.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, you will shape the future of Nike Golf through form-crafting new standards of fit, silhouette, and construction at the intersection of performance, innovation, and style. You will:
  • Participate in Golf Apparel product creation and contribute to design direction and dimensional strategy
  • Design and prototype garments for the Golf ecosystem.
  • Translate early design concepts into buildable silhouette, construction, and material systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align athlete solutions with performance, style, and manufacturing requirements
  • Support seasonal priorities by delivering refined platforms for athlete-tested and consumer-ready product
  • Contribute to building a shared language and toolkit for Golf design.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute projects, and mentor others.
  • Your core objective is to achieve product excellence by collaborating with key stakeholders in the product creation process and helping bring the vision for Nike Golf Apparel to life.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience in outerwear design and prototyping across sport and lifestyle
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Advanced knowledge of silhouette, fit, and material integration
  • Experience working in cross-functional product creation teams (Design, Development, Innovation, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with both digital and physical prototyping tools
