Job description

Imperial is seeking a Production Team Member to join the Production team to help us maintain the highest standards in our screen printing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who will assist in various aspects of the screen printing process, including running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and ensure good quality.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Screen Printing Operations: Assist in running the press, pulling printed shirts, and stacking the finished product.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure good quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to maintain efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to the screen-printing process, as needed.
  • Keep work area organized and clean; follow 5S/housekeeping expectations
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
