Job description

Imperial is in search of a detail-oriented Supply Planning Analyst who can manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase timing across our apparel and headwear lines, working closely with Sales, Suppliers, and Warehouse Operations to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to build accurate supply forecasts based on SIOP and Demand inputs from Sales
  • Develop and maintain supply plans that balance inventory levels for both peak and off-peak seasons across apparel and headwear products
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand current and future product demand and incorporate it into planning cycles
  • Collaborate with overseas and domestic suppliers to align purchasing and delivery schedules with the supply plan
  • Maintain and refine inventory planning systems and processes to optimize stock flow and reduce excess/shortage risk
  • Build and improve NetSuite-based tools and reports for forecasting, tracking, and planning inventory
  • Serve as a communication link between Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to keep inventory demands aligned
  • Monitor key planning metrics (fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory turns) and flag risks proactively

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, stock/supply analysis, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain management principles
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and building automation tools
  • Some ERP or WMS knowledge a plus (NetSuite experience a plus)
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, self-directed team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a computer or workstation
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and keyboards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
  • Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to move throughout the facility, including walking, bending, and reaching as needed
  • Visual acuity sufficient to read screens, documents, and reports
