Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Create spreadsheets to organize information related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., mailing lists, tours) Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process. Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on online rotation. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Coordinator Marketing Specialist at MVW: Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to10lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.  May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).
