Job Description
Kattcare Technicians are on-site to ensure products are installed correctly. In this role our technicians are the face of Kattsafe, building partnerships with installers and clients on each job site, while always maintaining safety. These are trained technicians experienced in ensuring systems are installed to meet required safety standards.
Reports To
Kattcare Program Manager
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to read understand construction drawings required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the year
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Certifications / Licenses Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License Require

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal drive and responsibility, discipline, determination, respect.
  • Practical and experienced in typical construction methods, mechanically minded.
  • Provide on-site installation support for fall protection and safe access systems.
  • Provide instruction and assistance to demonstrate best practices to ensure project is compliant with Kattsafe installation instructions and industry standards.
  • An ability to learn more about the trade, the industry, and the markets we serve.
  • Knowledge of fall protection and construction standards to ensure Kattsafe systems meet or exceed regulations
  • Document the project accurately (incl. video/photo) and note any issues that require correction. Ensure all issues are corrected prior to final approval.
  • Understand Kattsafe products and confidently advise the client.
  • Evaluate additional hazards and provide recommendations utilizing roof safety inspections.
  • Recognize inferior products on-site and give recommendations to make the site safe and compliant.
  • Other duties as assigned
