At Match Group, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the administration and compliance of our U.S. benefits programs, ensuring
efficient communication and operational processes, and contributing to continuous improvement
initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the
ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners to drive success in all areas of benefits
administration.
This role is hybrid (in office Tuesday-Thursday) out of our Dallas, TX office.
How You'll Make an Impact:
• Benefits Communication: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, promote,
and distribute clear, timely benefits communications to ensure employees are informed about available offerings and changes.
• Data Accuracy & Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity between Workday, payroll, and benefits carriers, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Billing & Invoice Management: Acts as the primary backup in benefits billing by reconciling invoices, creating purchase orders, and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Program Administration: Assist in the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of comprehensive U.S.benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, disability, COBRA, and other perks.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage data integration and work closely with benefits vendors to resolve enrollment issues and improve operational processes.
• Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, investigate issues, identify trends, and provide timely resolutions.
• Compliance Support: Ensure full adherence to government regulations and plan provisions, conducting audits, non-discrimination testing, required filings, and ACA reporting to maintain
compliance across all benefit plans.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating on the development of more efficient benefits administration procedures.
• Special Projects & Research: Support research initiatives, benefit events, and special projects aimed at optimizing benefits offerings and administration.
What We're Looking For:
• At least 3 years of benefits administration experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
• A solid understanding of benefit plan(s) principles, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other domestic regulations related to benefits is required.
• Proficiency in Workday is highly preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Strong Excel) required.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with team members and business colleagues in the delivery of benefit initiatives as assigned.
