Job description

Wheelers of Marshfield with Wheelers Family Auto Group is currently looking for a BDC Representative to join our team!

The day-to-day duties of this role include building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers.

The BDC Service/Call Center works with our customers to schedule service for vehicles for all of the Wheelers locations

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to sit for a long period of time

Strong Computer Skills

Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred

Serves as telephone back-up.

Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.

Answers product and service information.

Maintains professional appearance.

At least 18 years of age

Work schedule 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays 8:00am-4:00 pm, 40 hours per week required

Other tasks as assigned.
