Experienced BDC Representative – SBC Lakeland

SBC Lakeland is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive BDC, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership sales and service opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, texts, and internet leads
  • Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates
